解磷微生物研究现状及展望

摘    要:磷是植物生长发育所必需的营养元素之一。土壤中能被植物吸收利用的有效态无机磷很低,一般只占全磷量的2%~3%,大部分很难被作物吸收 利用。针对有效磷缺乏、土壤潜在磷源丰富的现状,开发与利用解磷微生物,是土壤肥料与植物营养领域的研究热点。论述了解磷微生物的种类 、分布、解磷机理、现状,并针对当前研究中存在的问题进行了展望。

Abstract:Phosphorus (P) is one of the essential elements for plant growth and development. However the soluble and available P in soil for plant to absorb is very limited, the ratio of effective inorganic phosphorus is about 2%~3 % of the total phosphorus. According to the status quo of lacking effective phosphorus and abundant potential phosphorus resources in soil, the topic of developing and utilizing phosphate-soluble microorganisms (PSMs) becomes a research hot spot in soil fertilizer and plant nutrition area. This paper summarized the present situation of phosphate-soluble microorganisms (PSMs), their species, distribution, and mechanism; prospects some problems existing in present research activities.
