农业产业结构的调整要以市场为导向,因地制宜,充分发挥自身优势.据此,提出了巩留县农业产业结构调整的构想依托资源优势发展特色产品;依托龙头企 业,建好生产基地;依托现有基础,扩大优质果品种植.并针对目前农业生产经营中存在的问题,提出了转变政府职能,树立服务意识;加强基础设施建设,改善农业生产条件和农牧民生活条件;依靠科技进步,提高农产品质量;积极推进农业产业化经营,提高农业的经济效益和市场化程度的政策建议.

Consideration on Gongliu County's Structure of Agricultural Industry

Adjustment of the structure of agriculture industry should be under the guide of market, adjusting measures of local conditions, exerting the predominance of itself. Based on these principles, the article composed some methods to adjust Gongliu County's structure of agriculture,rely on resource advantage, develop feature product,rely on backbone enterprise, establish the base of production,rely on foundations in existence, extend high quality fruit planting. At the same time, aiming at the current problems existing in the agricultural production and management, the article proposed the following policy advice: transform the government functions, build up service consciousness; strengthen the construction of basic establishments, improve agricultural production conditions,living conditions of farmers and herdsmen; improve the quality of agricultural products through science and technology advance; make efforts to boost agricultural industrialization management, increase the agriculture's economic benefit and extent of market economy.
