新疆草业发展措施与展望

从分析草地的生态作用入手,介绍了新疆草原建设取得的成绩,并对草原畜牧业发展前景进行了展望.对新疆草业发展提出了改善生态环境,禁止开荒,退耕还草,继续实施牧民定居,加强人工草地和改良草地建设,缩小人畜活动范围,引进推广新品种、新技术,加强草原建设项目管理等措施.

Measures and Prospect for Grassland Industry Development in Xinjiang

In this paper the achievements obtained in grassland construction were introduced and prospect for Xinjiang animal husbandry development was made according to the ecological function of grassland. In order to develop grassland industry in Xinjiang some measures should be adopted: to improve ecological environment, to forbit relaim wasteland; to carry out the policy:the land, where crops are grown, should be returned to grass; to continue to carry out herdsmen 's settlement, to strengthen building artificial grassland and improve grassland, to reduce the scope of activities of men and animals,to introduce and spread new varieties of grass and new technology applied in grassland and to strengthen management measures of grassland.
