| 摘 要： | 研制了一种低成本的加热器，采用DCS构成控制系统，用单回路PID控制。自动调节精度高，系统响应快，滞后小，调节效果好，通过测试表明可以满足工艺要求。

| Abstract: | A low-cost heater is developed adopting DCS control system and is controlled with the single loop PID. It has high self-motionprecision,swift response, little lag and fine adjustment effect. The test indicated that it can meet the needs of the technique. |
