| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,就胡杨为父本,中东杨、密叶杨和小叶杨为母本杂交组合的亲子代进行过氧化物同工酶分析,并结合酶谱数值分析探索了杂种的鉴定方法,结果表明:(1)过氧化物同工酶法可以鉴定杨树杂种;(2)酶谱相似系数法可以反映亲子代间的遗传关系。

| Abstract: | The isoperoxidases of hybrids and their parents (femals: P. berolinensis. P. simonii, P. talasica, male: P. euphratie) are analysed, using mathematics analyysis of isozyme thpe. We have made an inquiry into the method of checking hybrid. The results show: (1) The method of the isoperoxidase can cheek hybrid in poplar. (2) The similar coefficient of ispoerosidase type shows the gentie relation between parent and offspring. |
