摘    要:通过砂培盆栽试验,分析棉株的株高、干物重以及全氮含量,研究了48个棉花品种苗期氮效率的差异性。结果表明,相对干物重变异系数较大(25.50%),施肥水平间和品种间干物重差异分别达极显著和显著水平,作为品种筛选的首要指标;相对干物重与相对含氮率、相对吸氮量分别呈极显著负相关和极显著正相关,作为辅助筛选指标;供试品种中,602、新陆早12号、新海12号和新陆早8号为氮高效品种,新海14号、新海21号、炮台1、新陆早20号和18-3号品种为氮低效品种。

Abstract:The difference in nitrogen efficiency among 48 cotton varieties was studied in pot experiment by analyzing the plant height,dry matter weight and N content at seeding stage.The results indicated that the variation coefficient of relative dry matter weight were greater(25.50%),the difference in N level and varieties were significant,which served as the primary index for varieties screening;Relative dry matter weight was significantly correlated with relative N uptake and relative N content,it was the auxiliary index for varieties screening;Varieties of 602,XLZ12,XH12,XLZ8 had high nitrogen efficiency,but varieties of XH14,XH21,PT1,XLZ20 and 18-3 had low nitrogen efficiency.
