氮肥施用对覆膜菜用大豆产量和品质的影响

摘    要:研究了覆膜条件下新农菜豆1号在6种不同的施氮水平下,农艺性状、干物质积累、叶面积指数、产量及品质等的变化规律。结果表明:随着施氮量的增加,茎粗、节数减少,节间长度、株高、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重增加,百粒鲜重与氮肥关系不显著,分枝数先增后减,蛋白质含量先增后减,淀粉含量和脂肪含量与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关关系,可溶性糖含量先增后减。以施氮量90 kg/hm2时产量、品质及效益最高,鲜荚产量为17 002.10 kg/hm2,蛋白质含量为39.82%,可溶性糖含量为64.62 mg/g及脂肪含量为16.55%。

Abstract:This study of the Xinnongcaidou 1 under the condition of the film mulching was conducted with six different levels of nitrogen fertilizer volume such as agronomic characteristics,dry matter accumulation,leaf area index,yield and quality,etc.Research showed that with the nitrogen fertilizer increase,stem was thickened,nodes were decreased,the length of branch,plant height,pods of single plant,seeds of single plant were increased,the relation between the weight of 100 seeds and nitrogen fertilizer was not significant,branch number was decreased after increasing,protein content was decreased after increasing.The relation of starch content and oil content and protein content was oppositely significant,soluble sugar content was decreased after increasing.When nitrogen fertilizer volume reached 90 kg/hm2,yield and quality and economic efficiency were the highest,fresh yield was 17 002.10 kg/hm2,protein content was 39.82%,soluble sugar content was 64.62 mg/g,and fat conten was 16.55%.
