| 摘 要： | 通过对152份新疆野生狗牙根的形态特征进行研究,从中根据外部性状等选出60份具有代表性的狗牙根材料进行分析。结果表明,新疆野生狗牙根在外部形态上具有丰富的遗传多样性,11个形态性状表现出较大变异,变异系数介于12.50%~59.76%,总平均变异系数为25.15%;通过聚类分析,将60份新疆狗牙根野生材料分为矮生型、中间型、高大型3大类;初步筛选出植株低矮的Cd026、Cd015等材料作为草坪型,植株中等的Cd047、Cd054等材料作为草坪牧草兼用型,植株高大的Cd134、Cd131等材料作为牧草生态兼用型,为新疆野生狗牙根种质资源的保存、评价及品种选育提供理论依据。
