摘    要:以6种扁桃(5种国外品种,1种新疆地方品种)的1年生休眠枝条为试材,采取人工模拟外界环境的方法对6种扁桃休眠枝条进行了不同梯度的低温(-12~-36℃)处理,并测定其6种扁桃休眠枝条的电解质渗出率,配合Logistic方程对各品种扁桃休眠枝条的低温半致死温度进行了拟合。结果表明:随处理温度的不断降低,6种扁桃枝条组织的电解质渗出率变化幅度呈现明显的"S"形变化曲线;在-14.28~-21.52℃时,各品种扁桃枝条的半致死温度(LT50)先后出现;不同品种间表现出一定差异性,主要集中在-16~-19℃;新疆本地品种的扁桃枝条抗寒力最强。
