棉花新品种对比试验初报

引进疆内外各地选育的优良棉花新品种进行对比试验，了解其丰产性、适应性、抗虫性、利用价值，从而筛选出适合本地区推广的棉花品种提供科学依据。试验结果表明参试的14个品种（系）中12个品种（系）的产量都超出当地主栽品种及小区试验对照品种冀杂-566。其中国抗杂1号产量为2565kg／hm^2，居第一位，比对照品种冀杂-566增产32．5％；品系永1268、GM-507和品种邯杂154均比对照品种冀杂-566增产，增产幅度分别为27．1％，22．4％，及21．7％，参试品种（系）中居第2至第4位。

Primary Report on Testing of New Varieties of Cotton

The comparitive test was conducted for the breeding new varieties of fine cotton which were introduced into Xinjiang to know their output,adaptability,insect resistance and use value.Thus the scientific basis for the promotion was provided to select the species suitable for the local region.The test results indicated that the output of 12 species from 14 varieties were beyond that of local main varieties and small experimental control variety Jiza 566,among which the output of Guokangza 1 was 2565/hm~2 ranking in the 1st place,the output of which was better than JIza 566 by 32.5%.All the varieties such as Pinxiyong 1268,GM 507 and Ganza 154 were better than the control variety by 27.1%,22.4% and 21.7% respectively,which took 2nd place or 4th place in the experimental varieties.
