盐胁迫对新疆两个小麦品种种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以新疆小麦新春6号和新春9号为材料,研究在NaCl和Na2SO4的胁迫下对种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。利用不同浓度的两种盐分溶液处理两个品种的种子进行发芽实验,测定幼苗的生长指标。研究结果表明:在两种盐分胁迫下,两个品种的发芽率、种子活力、芽鞘、幼苗根长、株高、根数均表现出不同程度的差异;新春6号的种子活力高于新春9号,但新春9号的叶绿素含量较新春6号高。两个品种对两种盐分的耐受范围也存在差异,NaCl是两个品种种子萌发受抑制的主要胁迫因子。NaCl的胁迫效应明显较Na2SO4强,新春6号较耐NaCl胁迫,耐盐范围也较新春9号广泛。

Abstract:The seed germination and seedling growth were investigated under the salt stresses of NaCl and Na2SO4,with two wheat varieties Xinchun No.6 and Xinchun No.9 as the experimental materials.The experiment was carried out to use the two different concentration salts to treat the seeds of two varieties and determine the growth indexes of seedlings.The experimental results indicated that under the stress of the two concentration salts,the germination rate,seed vigor,root length of seedling,plant height and root number have various difference.The seeds of Xinchun No.6 show higher seed vigor than that of Xinchun No.9,and the chlorophyll content of Xinchun No.9 is higher than that of Xinchun No.6.There also exist differences between the two breeds in their salt tolerance ranges.NaCl is the key stres factor in restraining the germinations of the seeds.The stress effect of NaCl is higher than that of Na2SO4.Xinchun No.6 is more resistant to stress of NaCl,its scope of resistance to salt is also wider than that of Xinchun No.9.
