水稻湘1和陆稻763612的抗旱性研究

摘    要:以水稻品种湘1和早稻品种763612为材料,对它们苗期的抗早性进行了研究。实验表明,抗旱性较强的水稻品种湘1有较快的发根速度,较多的根条数。在渗透胁迫下能维持较高的相对含水量(RWC)和较高的保护酶(SOD)活性,质膜相对透性较小,膜伤害较轻。因而,在严重水分胁迫下有较高的存活率,并能维持一定的生物量。抗旱性较弱的旱稻品种763612正相反。这些结果意味着水、陆稻的抗旱体系似乎可以分为抗旱相、中间相、敏感相。

Abstract:Two rice cultivars, paddy rice cultivar Xiang NO.1 and upland rice cultivar 763612, were used in the experiment, and their capacity of drought resistance in the seedlings was studied.The results showed that drought resistant paddy rice eultivar XiangNO. 1 had a faster root growth and a greater root number; Under osmotic stress, It could maintain a higher RWC level and a higher activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), and lessen membrane injury. Therefore, It had a higher survival rate, and could maintain a higher biomass under severe water stress. But drought sensitive upland rice 763612 was quite the contrary. It saggested that there seemed to be divided into drought resistant phase, intermediate phase and drought sensitive phase on the drought resistant systems in paddy rices and upland rices.
