| 摘 要： | 本文对星杂“５７９”产蛋鸡的小肠和大肠的组织构造做了初步的研究，发现其小肠肠绒毛尖细，有分枝，粘膜上皮或肠腺上皮，含少量的杯状细胞。大肠肠绒毛在盲肠颈部发达，体尾部不发达。直肠绒毛短而宽，粘膜上皮和肠腺上皮内含有大量的杯状Ｃ．

| Abstract: | Some preliminary studies about the histologic structure of starcross-579 egg-producing chicken's small and large intestine have been finished. The results showed:Small intestinal villi were sharp and branched, there were a small amount goblet cells in epithelium mucosa or invcstinal glands; Large intestinal villi were very developed in apex caeci and indeveloped in corpus and basis caeci. Besides, interstinum rectum villi were short and broad, and there were a large number of goblet cells in cpithclium mucosa and intestinal gland. |
