新疆野苹果17个种下类型的果实和种子形态对比研究

通过对新疆野苹果种下类型果实和种子形态特征的观察，对新疆野苹果果实的单果重、果形指数、果梗长与粗度，以及种子长度与宽度进行测量，利用扫描电镜观察种皮细胞的微观形态，测量细胞的长度与宽度，所得数据用 LSD 法进行方差分析，以了解其种下类型的关系。结果表明，新疆野苹果的果实外部性状和种子具有极丰富的表型变异，种内的分化高于种间分化；同时根据种子表皮细胞的形态将17个类型的新疆野苹果划分为7个差异明显的类别。

Comparative Study on Fruit and Seed Morphology of 17 Types of Malus sieversii (Led.)Roem

In order to investigate the fruit and seed morphological characters of Malus sieversii （Led）Ro-em,the single fruit weight,fruit shape index,fruit stem length and thickness of Malus sieversii （Led）Ro-em were measured,microcosmic morphology of seed-coat cell were observed by electronic microscope,the cell length and width were measured,variance analysis was conducted to study the obtained data by LSD law in order to research relationships in variety types.The result showed that the external characters of Malus sieversii fruit and seed have a very extensive phenotypic variations and intraspecific differentiation were higher than interspecific,at the same time,according to seed-coat cell morphology,17 types of Malus sieversii were divided into 7 types with obvious differences.
