| 摘 要： | 分析了新疆近年贫困人口的变化，新疆贫困人口众多且呈连片形式，贫困地区经济发展相比新疆其它地区发展速度较慢，表现出贫困者更贫的态势，造成大量贫困人口存在的根源不在于个体差异，更多表现为地区性发展条件不足。

| Abstract: | In this paper the changes of poverty population.in Xinjiang are great and congregated. In recent years, economy in these poverty regions has somewhat developed, but the situation of poverty was becoming more seriously compared with other developed regions in Xinjiang. The radical reasons in poverty regions were not from the individual differences but from lack of regional development conditions. |
