摘    要:以野扁桃为对照、两个新疆本地品种(鹰嘴、纸皮)、两个美国引进品种(Nonpareil、Mission)的花芽为研究试材,人工模拟低温胁迫下扁桃花芽可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量、SOD活性等指标的变化进行比较,结果表明,随着温度的下降可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白都呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而MDA含量、SOD活性呈现先降低再升高的趋势。所测生理指标显著性差异都出现在-15~-25℃,野扁桃的可溶性糖含量和MDA含量显著高于其他品种,MDA含量不能作为扁桃花芽抗寒性生理指标鉴定参数,初步推断抗寒性强弱为:野扁桃>美国引进品种>本地品种。

Abstract:This study aims to compare the index changes of soluble sugar content,proline,soluble protein,MDA content,SOD activity of flower buds from the two local varieties in Xinjiang(Yingzui and Zhipi) and the two introduced U.S.varieties(Nonpareil and Mission) by using Amygdalus ledebouriana Schlech as the control under the stress of artificial low temperature.The results showed that when the temperature decreased,the concent of soluble sugar,proline,soluble protein at the first raised then declined.But the MDA concent and SOD activity were at the first declined then raised.These physiological indexs are significantly different in the range-15 ~-25 ℃,soluble sugar content of Amygdalus ledebouriana Schlech and MDA content are significantly higher than that of other varieties.MDA concent can not be used as identification parameters of physiological index for cold resistance of almond flower buds.It concluded that order performance of cold resistance was as follows:Amygdalus ledebouriana Schlech > introduced US variety>local variety.
