| 摘 要： | 2009年7月,对吐鲁番地区杏树流胶病发病情况进行了调查,结果表明,新园的发病率为26.7%,老园的发病率为100%。对吐鲁番和且末的病样进行了分离培养,通过分离物培养性状的观察,从吐鲁番的病样上得到7种真菌,且末的病样上得到4种真菌,同时两个地区都分离得到一些细菌分离物,但未作详细研究。选取11株真菌进行致病性测定,其中有一菌株引起杏树枝条流胶,通过培养性状和显微形态特征观察等,鉴定该菌为头孢霉属(Cephalosporium sp.)。

| Abstract: | The study was used to survey the occurrence and harm of the gummosis disease of apricot tree in Turpan area in July,2009.The result showed that the infection of disease was 26.7% in young trees,and 100% in adult trees.The diseased specimens from Turpan and Qiemo areas were isolated and cultivated.The 7 species were obtained in the specimen from Turpan and the 4 species in Qiemo acorrding to their characteristics of colony and strain cell.Some bacterium were obtained from isolations in two areas also,but they haven＇t been investigated in details yet.The 11 strains were selected to make a test of pathogenicity,and a strain of them caused gummosis of apricot branches.The pathogen was identified as Cephalosporium sp. |
