| 摘 要： | 本研究对分别用超临界流体萃取与有机溶剂萃取两种方法从螺旋澡中提取的糖脂成分进行了分析，主要利用苯酚－硫酸比色法与ＥＤＴＡ滴定法两种方法分别对其进行滴定，并就两种测定方法本身的效果进行了比较。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we have used two different methods, colorimetric determination and titration, to identify glycolipids, an efficient method is obtained. Further, supereritical and organic solvent, the two different methods of the glycolipids extracted from spirulina are compared, to find out the super extract method. |
