新疆农业用地市场研究

本研究从农用地流转与农村经济发展的关系入手，分析了家用地的市场要素，交易对象，交易主体和交易价格，重点分析了新疆农用地流转的实例，指出农村土地承包责任制的核心问题是制定承包期限和分配利益，政府应完善农用地产权制度和农村土地市场的正常运作。

Study on Market of the Agriculture Land in Xinjiang

The thesis proceeded from relationship between transaction of agriculture land and development of rural economy ,analysed market factors of agriculture land,including object of transaction,sbuject of transaction and price of transaction ,especially analysed some examples of transaction of agriculture land ,pointed out that key problems of the Rural Household and Land Contract Responsibility System in China are defining contract term and dividing their profits .It is concluded that the government may improve the Property Rights system and the Rural Household and Land Contract Responsibility System in order to operate properly in agriculture market.
