西部南水西调前期研究——疆外跨流域调水可行性初探

通过分析新疆水资源缺乏的历史演变及短缺程度,说明从疆外跨流域调水的必要性;分析了新疆资源与水载体匹配严重失衡、沙漠化日趋严重和制约区域经济发展的原因,说明从疆外跨流域调水的重要性;对从青海通天河调水入疆和从西藏雅鲁藏布江调水入疆的方案进行了初步研究,分析了此方案技术上的可行性和可获得的经济、生态及社会效益;还列举了从疆外调水的不同设想和方案,进一步分析了西部南水西调方案是其他方案所不可替代的。

Study on the Project of Diverting Water from the Southern to the Western China in Earlier Stage——Preliminary Discussion on the Feasibility Diverting Water from Crossing River Basin to Xinjiang

This study was to elucidate the necessity of diverting water from crossing river basin to Xinjiang through analysis of the historical evolution and degree of the shortage of water resources in Xinjiang.The reason why there are serious unbalance between Xinjiang resources and water carrier matching,why desertification is becoming more and more serious and is inhibiting economic development in Xinjiang,which indicated that the project of diverting water from crossing river basin of the south in western China to Xinjiang has great importance.The study was carried out to initially analyze the plan of diverting water from the Tongtian River,Qinghai province and Yarlung Zangbo River,Tibet to Xinjiang and also analyze the economic,ecological and social benefits and the technical feasibility obtained from the project.It was further analyzed that the plan of diverting water from the southern to western China can not be replaced by other ones.
