摘    要:为研究消防车液罐在非满灌极限工况下的受力情况,用Pro/E建立了某消防车罐体的三维模型,并以大型有限元软件ANSYS为平台,转化为罐体的有限元模型,采用流构耦合方法对罐体充满一半液体的工况进行瞬态仿真分析。通过模拟获得此工况下的应力分布范围,最大应力出现在中间防浪板与壳体连接拐角的结合部,其值为19.94 MPa,出现时刻为制动后1.040 s。模拟结果表明此方法可为罐体结构设计提供依据。

Abstract:In order to study the stress state of a fire engine's hydraulic tank under the ultimate condition not full of water,a three dimensional models of a fire engine's hydraulic tank was build with Pro/E and it was transformed into its finite element model with the platform of finite element software ANSYS. Then the method of flow-structure couple was applied to make a transient artificial analysis of the situation when a fire engine's hydraulic tank was filled with half water content. The range of stress was got by simulating such state of tank. The result of simulation indicated that the maximum stress lied in the connecting part of the middle wave-proof plate and the connecting inflection corner of the tank shell, whose value was 19.94 MPa. The maximum stress appeared in 1. 040 seconds after the fire engine arrested. It was suggested that this method could provide basis for the design of tank structure.
