5月龄斜带石斑鱼形态性状对体质量影响的通径分析

摘    要:为探明斜带石斑鱼Epinephelus coioides形态性状对体质量的影响程度,对5月龄斜带石斑鱼的体质量(Y)和11个形态性状(X1~X11)进行了测量,运用相关分析、通径分析,获得了形态性状对体质量的相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,并建立了多元回归方程及生长拟合方程。结果表明:5月龄斜带石斑鱼体质量与各形态性状间呈正相关,相关系数均达到极显著水平(P0.01);通径分析发现,眼间距(X7)对体质量的直接作用最大(0.412),其次为尾柄高(X10)、体高(X5)和体宽(X6),而躯干长主要通过体高、体宽、眼间距和尾柄高间接影响体质量;决定系数分析显示,躯干长、体高、体宽、眼间距和尾柄高对体质量的共同决定系数之和为0.915,说明体质量主要受这些性状的影响;经多元回归分析,建立了5月龄斜带石斑鱼形态性状对体质量的回归方程Y=-214.67+1.033X5+1.519X6+7.548 X7+3.101X10。研究表明,在对5月龄斜带石斑鱼进行亲本选育时,应以体质量为主,并结合选择躯干长、体高、体宽、眼间距和尾柄高等形态性状。

Path analysis of morphological traits effects on body weight of five-month-old grouper Epinephelus coioides

Abstract:The relationship between morphological traits and body weight was analyzed using body weight ( Y) and 11 morphological traits ( X1-X11 ) from five-month-old grouper Epinephelus coioides and multiple regression equa-tions as well as filling equations were established by correlation coefficients, path coefficients and determination co-efficients. A significant positive correlation between morphological traits and body weight was observed, with very significance (P<0. 01). The path analysis revealed that interorbitat(X7) displayed the maximal positive direct effect (0. 412) on body weight, and follow by caudal peduncle height(X10), body height(X5) and bod width ( X6 ) . Trunk length ( X2 ) affected body weight indirectly via X5 , X6 , X7 and X10 . The determination coefficients revealed that the total decision coefficient of five morphological traits to body weight was 0 . 915 , indicating that those morphological traits were the main factors influencing body weight. The regression equation of morphological traits to body weight was expressed as: Y=-214. 67+1. 033X5+1. 519X6+7. 548X7+3. 101X10 in 5 month old grouper. The findings indicate that trunk length, body height, body width, interorbitat and caudal peduncle height should be considered for the indirect selective breeding of body weight in selective breeding of five-month-old group besides the chief factor body weight.
