| Abstract: | With the development of biotechnology, molecule biotechnology is employed widely in the fungi research based on DNA technique. This paper summarizes the basic theory, characteristics, application and preferable primers of nucleic acid sequence analysis in fungi taxonomy, and compares the frequently used molecular biological techniques such as 18s rDNA and ITS. |
