茶树基因组DNA提取方法的研究

摘    要:对传统的CTAB与SDS法进行改良与简化,从茶树嫩梢部位提取高质量的基因组DNA。结果表明,用该法提取的DNA的OD260/OD280在1.8~1.9之间,电泳与PCR都能得到清晰的图谱。

Abstract:High-quality genomic DNA from leaves of tea plant was extracted by improved CTAB and SDS method.Results showed that the values of OD260/OD280 of the DNA samples obtained with the improved method were between 1.8 and 1.9,which could be determined by electrophoresis and PCR.
