Abstract:RNA interference(RNAi) refers to high-efficient and specific degradation phenomenon of homologous mRNA induced by double-stranded RNA in the highly conserved evolutionary course.RNAi technology has rapidly developed in the biomedicine research,it has played an important role in identifying unknown genes,tumour,antiviral infection and so on.This thesis sums up the action mechanism of RNAi,the carrier,the application situation and the prospects in mammal.
