高叶蛋白含量植物的筛选

摘    要:本研究用凯氏定氮法测定了采自江西省南昌市梅岭区和永修县云山的180种(品种)栽培植物和野生植物的叶蛋白含量,其中134种植物的叶蛋白含量尚未见有报道。在测定的植物中,叶蛋白含量在20%以上的有42种,含量在10%~20%的有97种,含量在10%以下的有41种。这些植物隶属于75科。从各科植物的叶蛋白含量分析看,以桑科、藜科、蓼科、苋科、十字花科、豆科、旋花科、茄科、菊科、葫芦科、雨久花科的叶蛋白含量高的植物较为集中。 研究结果表明,草本植物比木本植物的叶蛋白含量高,栽培植物比野生植物的叶蛋白含量高。有的栽培植物作为提取叶蛋白进行开发利用的前景是诱入的,如:雨久花科水葫芦Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms亩产叶蛋白可达886.9公斤。

Screening of the Plants with High Leaf Protein Content
Abstract:The protein contents of the leaves from 180 species of cultivated and wild plants, collected from Meiling and Yunshan mountain area in Jiangxi Province, were determined by Kjeldahl method. Among these plants, there were 134 species whose leaf protein contents were firstly reported. There were 42 species whose contents of leaf protein were above 20% , 97 between 10% and 20%, and 41 below 10%. Those plants belong, to 75 families. The plants with high content of leal protein were mostly concentrated in Moraceae, Cluatopodiaceae, Polygonaceae Amaranlhaceae, Cruciferae, Leguminosae, Conuoloulaceae,Solanaceae, Composilae, Cucurbilaceae, Ponlederiaceae. The results showed that the content of leaf protein in herbcaceous plants was higher than that in woody plants. And there was a higher content of leaf protein in cultivated plants than in wild plants. The prospect is very attractive to develop the protein from some plant leaves. The yield of leaf protein in Eichluituia crassipes (Mart. ) Solms, for example, reached 886. 9kg/mu.
