摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度的重金属复合污染对青菜生长及其生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:(1)随着污染浓度的增加,青菜的叶面积呈逐渐下降的趋势,2倍国标处理显著低于其他处理;2倍国标处理的株高显著低于其他处理;对照的地上部分鲜重显著高于其他处理,0.5倍国标和1倍国标处理显著高于1.5倍国标和2倍国标处理。(2)在重金属复合污染下,青菜维生素C含量有一定的下降,但随着污染浓度的增加而呈逐渐升高的趋势,且各处理之间差异不显著。(3)随着污染浓度的增加,青菜的过氧化氢酶活性呈逐渐下降的趋势,对照组显著高于复合污染处理组,0.5倍国标处理显著高于1.5倍国标处理。(4)青菜的脯氨酸含量随着污染浓度的增加而呈先增加后下降的趋势,但是各处理之间的差异不显著。

Abstract:Through pot experiments,the effects of different concentrations of combined heavy metal pollution on the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of greengrocery were studied here.Results showed that:(1) when the pollution concentration increased,the leaf area of greengrocery decreased gradually,and the leaf area in 2-times GB treatment was lower significantly than that in other treatments.The plant height of greengrocery in 2-times GB treatment was lower significantly than that in other treatments.The fresh weight of greengrocery's above-ground parts in the control was higher significantly than that in pollution treatments,and the fresh weight in 0.5-times GB and 1-times GB treatments was higher significantly than that in 1.5-times GB and 2-times GB treatments.(2) along with the increase in the pollution concentration,greengrocery's vitamin C content increased gradually,and that in various treatments was not significantly different.(3) as the pollution concentration increased,greengrocery's hydrogen peroxide enzyme activity decreased gradually,that in the control was higher significantly than that in pollution treatments,and that in 0.5-times GB treatment was higher significantly than that in 1.5-times GB treatment.(4) when the pollution concentration increased,greengrocery's proline content was first increased and then decreased,but there was no significant difference among different treatments.
