国外防灾避难绿地规划建设经验及其启示

随着世界范围内安全问题越发严重,国内外关于绿地系统的研究开始越来越多地关注其防灾避难功能。本文对美国和日本的防灾避难规划建设的历程进行了梳理,对国内防灾避难绿地建设的现状与不足进行了总结,探讨了国外防灾建设值得借鉴的经验,试图找到我国防灾避难绿地规划更加合理有效的方法。

Experience and Apocalypse of Overseas Greenbelt Planning and Construction for Disaster Prevention and Refuge

As the worldwide security issues become more serious,the researchers on greenbelt system in China and abroad begin to more focus on the function of its disaster prevention and refuge.This paper analyzed the history of American and Japanese disaster-preventing greenbelt planning and construction,summarized the current status and problems of domestic disaster-preventing greenbelt construction,and sought the useful experiences in this field from foreign countries,for the sake of finding the more reasonable and effective methods for the disaster-preventing greenbelt planning in China.
