淮麦系列品种/系与澳大利亚资源的SSR遗传差异分析

摘    要:利用26对SSR引物,对本所通过轮回选择选育的淮麦系列品种/系以及引进的澳大利亚小麦种质资源共48份材料进行了遗传差异分析。结果表明:26对引物共检测到154个等位变异,每个引物检测到的等位变异数量为2~11个,平均5.92个;26对SSR位点的遗传多态性信息含量(PIC)在0.040~0.881;品种/系间的遗传相似系数(GS)为0.64~1.00。聚类分析结果把这些品种/系分为4大类。

Abstract:We detected the genetic diversity among 48 wheat varieties(lines) which were from Huaimai wheat cultivars(recurrent selection community) and Australian wheat resources by using 26 pairs of SSR primers.The results showed that 154 allelic variations were revealed with 26 pairs of SSR primers,and 2~11 alleles were detected with the average of 5.92 for each SSR primer.The PIC(polymorphism information content) value ranged from 0.04 to 0.881 for 26 pairs of SSR loci.The genetic similarity(GS) varied from 0.64 to 1.00.The clustering analysis divided these accessions into four groups.
