珍稀菇榆黄蘑新菌株“宁黄16号”生物学特性的研究

摘    要:研究了宁黄16号菌株的形态特征及培养料、温度、培养料含水量、pH值等因素对菌丝生长的影响,结果表明:其菌丝体生长能适应松杉木屑培养基栽培;30℃时菌丝生长最快;最适pH值为5.5~6.5;适宜培养料含水量为60%~65%。

Abstract:Morphological characteristics of Pleurotus citrinopileatus strain "Ninghuang 16" and effects of culture medium,temperature,moisture of culture medium,pH value on mycelia growth were studied.The results showed the mycelia could adapt to culture medium made up of sawdust of pinaster and cedar, and grew fastest at 30℃,pH value 5.5~6.5 and 60%~65% moisture of culture medium were optimum.
