芝麻有限与无限开花习性的遗传关系及其性状差异的初步研究

摘    要:用“0 ]-82 31 -1”等有限开花习性芝麻材料与普通无限开花型芝麻“赣芝 3号”配制正、反交组合 ,研究了芝麻有限与无限开花习性的遗传关系 ,并分析了有限与无限开花型芝麻主要性状间的差异。结果表明 :有限与无限开花习性之间存在复杂的显、隐性的遗传关系 ,有限开花型芝麻在千粒重、抗病性等方面优于无限开花型芝麻

Abstract:By means of reciprocal cross between indeterminate flowering sesame variety “Ganzhi 3” and determinate flowering sesame materals “0]-8231-1” and so on, the genetic relationship between determinate and indeterminate flowering sesame was studied, and their differences of main characters were analysed. The results indicate that there is a complicated dominant and recessive genetic relationship between determinate and indeterminate flowering habit, determinate flowering sesame possesses higher kilo-grain weight, stronger disease resistance and so on than indeterminate flowering sesame.
