小麦对赤霉病的抗性与花粉胆碱含量的关系

摘    要:通径分析表明,与小麦赤霉病抗性有关的花粉胆碱含量和小麦农艺性状的5个因素中,以花粉胆碱含量对抗性的直接作用最大,4个农艺性状的影响甚微,且其对抗性的影响主要是通过影响胆碱含量而间接起作用。应用纸上层析法,对43个品种的胆碱含量进行了测试,结果表明:不同品种的胆碱含量不同;小麦赤霉病病情等级值与花粉胆碱含量呈显著正相关。以抗、中抗、感3个标定品种的胆碱含量为标准、划分出的这些品种的抗性类型与人工接种的抗性表现基本一致,总符合率达87.5%。生态条件对胆碱含量的影响不大。花粉胆碱含量可作为预测小麦对赤霉病抗性的生化指标。

Studies on the Relationship Between Wheat Variety Resistance to Scab and the Content of Choline in Pollen
Abstract:Path coefficient analysis dcmostratcd that , among factors relating to wheat resistance to scab, the content of cholinc in pollen showed the greatest direct influence on the resistance, while four agronomic characters had quite slight direct action, which was exerted mostly by means of affacting the cholinc content indirectly, Paper chromatography was used to test pollen of wheat varieties with different resistance for choline. The results revcaled that, the cholinc content in pollen varied with various varieties, There was a positive correlation between the disease degree value and the choline content. According to the choline content of 43 wheat varieties tested, resistant types of these varieties were predicted, which was basically in accord with the result of artificial inoculation with spore suspension of the pathogen, The accuracy of coincidence was 87.5%. Ecological factors had little effect on the cholinc content. In general, the content of choline in pollen could serve as a parameter to distinguish wheat varieties with different resistance to scab.
