| 摘 要： | 采用透析法提取猪脾转移因子(TF),并对其理化性质、生物活性、安全性进行了研究。结果表明,TF可增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,体外抑菌结果显示TF对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌敏感,对链球菌不敏感。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,transfer factor(TF) was extracted from porcine spleen by dialysis,and its physical and chemical property,biological activity and safety were researched.The results showed that TF could enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages,TF was sensitive to staphylococcus,E.coli and Salmonella in vitro,but it had little effect on streptococci. |
