摘    要:研究了不同浓度的6-BA处理甜柿品种"禅寺丸"、"次郎"果实对果皮色素的影响,结果表明:6-BA处理甜柿果实提高了果皮叶绿素含量,采收时延迟退绿;提高叶绿素与类胡萝卜素的比值;在着色期提高果皮花青素含量,浓度愈大其促进作用就越大;对果皮类胡萝卜素含量影响不大。

Influence of 6-BA on Pericarpial Pigment in Nonastringent Persimmon
Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA on pericarpial pigment in two nonastringent persimmon varieties "Jiro" and "Zenjimaru" were studied. The results showed that spraying 6-BA could increase the content of chlorophyll in pericarp, delay chlorophyll disappearing, rise the ratio of chlorophyll to carotenoid, increase the content of anthocyanidin in pericarp at coloring stage, and higher concentration of 6-BA had greater effects; while 6-BA had not distinct effect on carotenoid content in pericarp.
