寒热胁迫下狗牙根品种在植被砼上抗性研究

摘    要:以植被砼生境下的6个狗牙根品种为试材,观测其发芽和生长情况,后对在植被砼生境下生长好的5个狗牙根品种分别进行5℃和40℃的低温和高温胁迫处理,测定叶片的电导率、游离Pro、POD活性和MDA含量4项植物逆境生理抗性指标。结果表明:普通脱壳狗牙根和佳宝是对植被砼生境适应性较好的狗牙根品种;植被砼配方一上各狗牙根品种发芽和生长情况均好于在植被砼配方二上,植被砼配方一更适合应用于生态护坡工程;各狗牙根品种抗性指标间存在显著差异;不同品种抗寒性和抗旱性存在显著差异,其中南京狗牙根和新农一号的抗寒性强,南京狗牙根和040459/680的抗旱性强,综合考虑形态指标、生长速度、成坪期和抗性指标,普通脱壳狗牙根和南京狗牙根表现较其他狗牙根品种好,适合应用于砼护坡生态工程。

Abstract:The germination and growth of 6 Bermuda grass varieties in the vegetation concrete habitat were observed,then the physiological characteristics of 5 better Bermuda grass varieties in the vegetation concrete habitat under cold(5 ℃) or heat(40 ℃) stress were investigated,and the stress resistance physiological indexes of their leaves,such as conductivity,content of free proline,POD activity and MDA content were assayed immediately after treatment.The results showed that Common and Jackpot Bermuda grass had better adaptability to the vegetation concrete habitat;the germination and growth of tested Bermuda grass varieties in vegetation concrete formula No.1 were all better than those in vegetation concrete formula No.2,so vegetation concrete formula No.1 was more suitable for slope-protecting eco-engineering;the stress resistance of different Bermuda grass varieties had significant differences;cold and heat resistance of different Bermuda grass varieties had significant differences,Nanjing and Xinnong Bermuda grass had stronger cold resistance,Nanjing and 040459/680 Bermuda grass had stronger heat resistance.Comprehensively considering morphological indexes,growth rate,turf mature stage and resistance indexes,Common and Nanjing Bermuda grass were better than other Bermuda grass varieties,they should be applied in the slope-protecting eco-engineering.
