驱蚊香草的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:驱蚊香草外植体在MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L培养基中不定芽的增殖系数为8.0倍,试管苗在1/2 MS+NAA 0.1mg/L培养基中的生根率达100%,生根苗在河沙或河沙与珍珠岩混合物中炼苗成活率达到90%左右。

Abstract:The proliferous coefficient of adventitious buds from the explants of anophelifuge grass reached 8.0 times in the MS medium added with 0.5mg/L 6-BA and 0.1mg/L NAA in vitro.The rooting rate of the test tube shoots was up to 100% in the 1/2 MS medium added with 0.1mg/L NAA.The survival rate of the rooting seedlings got to 90% when transplanted in sand or in the mixture of sand and perlite.
