氮钾肥比例对马铃薯生长发育、产量及品质的影响

摘    要:研究了不同氮钾肥比例对马铃薯生长发育、产量和品质的影响,结果表明,当N∶K2O比增加时,马铃薯的生长发育进程延长,健康态势降低,块茎蛋白质含量升高;而当N∶K2O比降低时,块茎的干物质、淀粉、还原糖、总糖和Vc等含量趋于增加;当N∶K2O为2∶3时,马铃薯的平均产量和商品率最高。

Effects of Ratio of Fertilizer Nitrogen to Potassium on Growth, Yield and Quality of Potato
Abstract:The effects of different ratios of fertilizer nitrogen to potassium on the growth, yield and quality of potato were studied. The results indicated that as the ratio of N to K_2O increased, the growth and developmental duration of potato would prolong, its healthy condition would become poor and the protein content in the tuber would rise; however, when the ratio of N to K_2O decreased, the content of dry matter, amylum, deoxysugar, total sugar and vitamin C in the tuber would rise in general; when the ratio of N to K_2O was 2∶3, the average yield and marketable rate of tuber would be the highest.
