福建省杂交中稻产量相关性状的基因型与环境变异

摘    要:基于福建省2006~2010年连续5年10个不同生态条件的杂交中稻联合区域试验数据资料,应用AMMI模型和相应统计分析方法,分析了产量及其相关性状的基因型与环境互作,结果表明:以基因型效应为主的有千粒重,以环境效应为主的有生育期、产量、穗长、株高、穗实粒数,以基因型与环境间互作效应为主的有有效穗;千粒重、穗长、有效穗性状的稳定性好,受栽培环境及G×E互作效应影响较小,其次为生育期和株高,第三为穗实粒数,最差的为产量,受栽培环境及G×E互作效应影响大,因此选育、引种和利用适合福建省杂交中稻品种时,需考虑性状的基因型、环境、基因型与环境间互作效应,才可提高育种效率。

Abstract:Based on the data of the mid-season hybrid rice joint regional trials conducted in 10 different ecological areas of Fujian province from 2006 to 2010,the genotype-environment(G×E) interaction of the yield and its relevant traits was analyzed by using AMMI model and the corresponding statistical analysis technique.The results indicated that the 1000-grain weight was mainly controlled by genotype,the growth duration,yield,ear length,plant height and filled grains per ear were mainly controlled by environment,and the number of effective ears was mainly controlled by G×E interaction.The 1000-grain weight,ear length and effective ears were the most stable,and cultivation environment and G×E interaction had the least effect on them;followed by growth duration,plant height and number of filled grains per ear;while the yield was most unstable,and it was affected greatly by cultivation environment and G×E interaction.In the future,breeding,introducing and using mid-season hybrid rice varieties,which were suitable for Fujian province,must consider the genotypic and environmental effects as well as G×E interaction of their traits.
