摘    要:在河南驻马店研究了不同施氮量对3个烤烟品种叶片化学成分和香气物质含量的影响。结果表明:施氮量和品种均对各部位烟叶的化学成分和香气物质含量产生了不同程度的影响。施氮量对优选一号化学成分含量的影响最小,对NC89的影响最大。优选一号在高氮肥水平下、NC89在中高氮肥水平下均能得到化学成分协调、致香物质丰富的烟叶。主栽品种云烟87在3个氮肥水平(30~90 kg/hm2)下均能得到质量较好的烟叶。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen application rate on the chemical components and aroma substances of three flue-cured tobacco varieties in Zhumadian city of Henan province were studied.The results showed that both nitrogen application rate and tobacco variety had certain effects on the chemical components and basal aroma substance content in the different parts of tobacco leaves.Nitrogen application rate had minimal influence on the chemical components of Youxuan No.1,while it had maximum influence on that of NC89.Youxuan No.1 growing at high nitrogen level and NC89 growing at middle or high nitrogen level could produce high-quality leaves with well proportioned chemical components and rich aroma substances.The mainly-cultivated variety Yunyan 87 growing at 30~90 kg/hm2 nitrogen level could produce good-quality flue-cured leaves.
