| 摘 要： | 根据伴性遗传基因的遗传原理和羽速基因的遗传特点 ,采用现代家禽育种方法对崇仁麻鸡进行了快羽和慢羽纯系的选育 ,快、慢羽纯系配套后代的自别雌雄准确率达 98.0 2 % ;进行了羽速基因对崇仁麻鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质、早期生长速度、公鸡精液质量、体尺性状和屠宰性能等生产性能的影响测定

Study on Breeding of Rapidly and Slowly Feathering Strains and Autosexing of Chongren Chicken |

| Abstract: | The selection and breeding of rapidly feathering strain and slowly feathering strain of Chongren chicken were carried out. The accurate rate of autosexing of the progenies from the combinations of rapidly feathering strain and slowly feathering strain was 98.02%. The influences of feathering gene on the production performance of Chongren chicken such as laying performance, egg quality, growth speed at early stage, semen quality, trait of body size and slaughter property were determined. |
