禽多杀性巴氏杆菌、H9亚型禽流感二联灭活疫苗研制及免疫效力试验

摘    要:采用鸡胚共同增殖禽多杀性巴氏杆菌和H9亚型禽流感病毒的方法制备的抗原中含巴氏杆菌数≥4×1010CFU/mL、H9亚型禽流感病毒含量≥109.38EID50/mL,经灭活后制备3批二联灭活疫苗并进行了相关检验。结果表明,所研制的3批二联疫苗的物理性状、无菌检验以及安全检验均符合相关质量标准;用3批疫苗分别免疫试验鸡和试验鸭,21 d后对禽多杀性巴氏杆菌免疫保护率均为90%以上,对H9亚型禽流感免疫保护率均为85%以上。

Abstract:Avian Pasteurella multocida and H9 subtype of avian influenza virus were both isolated by using embryonated egg inoculation.The number of Pasteurella was more than 4×1010 CFU/mL(colony-forming unit) and EID50(50% egg infectious dose) of H9 subtype of avian influenza was more than 109.38/mL.After inactivation,three batches binary vaccine of the Avian Pasteurella and H9 subtype of avian influenza was produced and undergone a series of tests.Results indicated that the physical property,sterility test,and safety test of the vaccine met the standards.After immunizing the experimental chickens and ducks with the vaccine for 21 days,the protective rate of Avian Pasteurella multocida was above 90% and the protective rate of H9 subtype of avian influenza virus was above 85%.
