摘    要:选用32头泌乳奶牛配对分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加瘤胃保护赖氨酸(RPLys)10、20、30 g/头.d。研究结果表明:相对于对照组,饲喂RPLys组的产奶量与乳蛋白质率都有所提高,其中试验Ⅲ组的产奶量增幅最大,试验Ⅲ组与对照组的乳蛋白质率差异显著(P0.05);添加RPLys对乳脂率、乳糖、非脂总固形物含量没有显著影响(P0.05)。

Abstract:Thirty-two Holstein dairy cows were divided into four groups,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ respectively supplemented Rumen protective Lysine(RPLys) 10,20 and 30 g/(head·d) to the basic daily feed,and the check group supplied the basic daily feed.The results indicated that the milk yield and milk protein rate of dairy cows were increased by RPLys,the milk yield in group Ⅲ was the highest,the milk protein rate in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in check group(P<0.05),while the milk fat,milk lactose and solids-not-fat of dairy cows in different groups were insignificantly different(P>0.05).
