摘    要:以烟草品种MS云烟87、红花大金元、MSK326和云烟97裸种为试材,研究了不同水引发时间和丸化种干燥方法对烟草丸化种发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着水引发时间的延长各品种丸化种子的发芽势、发芽率、苗长和苗干重均表现为先升后降,水引发36 h达到峰值,均显著高于对照,发芽势和发芽率均在95.7%以上,苗长和苗干重分别比对照高15.5%~42.6%和15.6%~31.1%;相同的水引发时间条件下,各品种丸化种子风干处理的发芽势、发芽率、苗长和苗干重均显著高于或高于丸化种烘干处理。

Abstract:Using the naked seeds of MS Yunyan87,Honghuadajinyuan,MSK326 and Yunyan97 as the tested materials,the effects of water priming duration and different drying methods of the pelleted seeds on the germination of tobacco pelleted seeds and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that the germination energy,germination rate,seedling length and seedling dry-weight of 4 varieties increased first and decreased afterwards when the water priming duration was prolonged.It was the best to prime the naked seeds ...
