| 摘 要： | 采取田间自然诱发鉴定和室内贮藏鉴定相结合的方法,鉴定了21个甘薯品种对甘薯茎线虫病的抗性。结果表明:高抗品种有4个:华北52-45、烟252、徐州781和176;抗病品种有北京553等7个;中抗品种有梅营7号等6个;感病品种和高感品种各2个。收获后室内贮藏30 d,各品种的病情指数均有所增加。

| Abstract: | The resistance of 21 sweet potato varieties to stem-nematode disease of sweet potato was identified by the combined utilization of field natural inducing identification method and indoor storing identification method.The results showed that 4 highly resistant varieties were found as follows: Huabei 52-54,Yan 252,Xuzhou 781 and 176.In addition,there were 7 resistant varieties(Beijing 553,etc.),6 moderately resistant varieties(Meiying No.7 and so on),2 susceptible varieties and 2 highly susceptible varieties.... |
