盐胁迫对棉花出苗及其成苗的效应

摘    要:对7个耐、感盐碱棉花品种(系)在不同播种期的种子萌发出苗状况和幼苗三叶期施盐胁迫的成苗特性进行了研究。结果表明,6个耐盐碱品种(系)和1个感盐碱品种在无盐土壤中种子出苗率均稳定在80%左右,在0.4%盐土壤环境中,耐盐碱品种(系)种子出苗的耐盐胁迫能力强于感盐碱品种泗抗1号,随着播种时间的推迟,盐胁迫对棉花出苗的抑制作用越明显。7个供试品种(系)在无盐土壤中棉苗生长势相同,三叶期施盐后,0.4%土壤盐分对耐盐碱品种(系)棉苗的致死率明显低于泗抗1号,耐盐碱品种(系)在成苗过程中的耐盐能力强于感盐碱品种。在耐盐碱品种(系)之间,苗期耐盐鉴定结果与三叶期施盐鉴定结果不完全一致,充分说明棉花耐盐碱生理生化机制的复杂性。筛选获得1个在出苗、成苗阶段耐盐性强的棉花新品系苏研7045。

Abstract:The seedling emergence status of 6 salt-alkali-tolerant cotton varieties(lines) and 1 salt-alkali-susceptible cotton variety which were sown at different dates was studied,and their seedling formation characters under the condition of salt stress to three-leaf seedlings were analyzed.The results indicated that the seedling emergence rates of 7 tested cotton varieties(lines) in the soil without salt-alkali were all about 80%.In the soil containing 0.4% salt,the seedling emergence rate of salt-alkali-tolerant...
