| Abstract: | This paper reviews the main health protection functions of γ-aminobutyric acid,explores the enrichment methods of γ-aminobutyric acid in the pre-germinated brown rice,and presents the developmental orientation of health-protecting products of pre-germinated brown rice which contained rich γ-aminobutyric acid. |
