摘    要:综述了γ-氨基丁酸的主要保健功能,探讨了发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸富集的思路,提出了富含γ-氨基丁酸发芽糙米保健产品的开发方向。

Abstract:This paper reviews the main health protection functions of γ-aminobutyric acid,explores the enrichment methods of γ-aminobutyric acid in the pre-germinated brown rice,and presents the developmental orientation of health-protecting products of pre-germinated brown rice which contained rich γ-aminobutyric acid.
