| 摘 要： | 粉葛(亦称葛根、甘葛),是药食两用植物,为历史悠久的中药材。我国现有地理标志粉葛3种:合水粉葛、横峰葛、火山粉葛。介绍了我国粉葛的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、地理标志产品专用标志使用以及地理标志粉葛的品种与立地条件,探讨了地道粉葛的地理标志知识产权保护发展对策,并提出一系列建议。
