摘    要:探讨了腐蚀液(浓硫酸、30%过氧化氢)、GA3和CO2浓度对青钱柳种子萌发的影响,结果表明:利用过氧化氢或浓硫酸腐蚀处理8 h、经500 mg/L GA3浸种,在浓度为15%的CO2条件下培养,其种子发芽率达52.38%以上,平均发芽天数比对照缩短7 d左右。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of different corrosive liquids(concentrated sulfuric acid,30% hydrogen peroxide),GA3 and CO2 concentration on the seed germination of Cyclocarya paliurus Iljinsk.The results showed that the germination rate of Cyclocarya paliurus seeds in the treatment group was above 52.38%,and their average germination duration was about 7 days shorter than that in the control group,and the seeds of Cyclocarya paliurus in the treatment group have been corrupted by hydrogen peroxide or concen...
