| 摘 要： | 研究了不同处理对富贵籽种子萌发的影响,结果表明:浸种2～3d的富贵籽种子发芽率最高,浸种1d和超过4d的发芽率较低；用配比为泥炭∶珍珠岩∶沙=4∶2∶1的基质播种出苗率最高；30～125 ng/L的赤霉酸(GA3)可以明显促进富贵籽种子提早萌发,提高发芽率,而6 - BA和NAA对种子萌发影响不明显.

| Abstract: | The effects of different treatments on the seed germination of Ardisia crenata were studied.The results showed that it got the highest germinating rate when the seeds of Ardisia crenata were soaked for 2~3 days,and there was lower germinating rate when the seeds were soaked for 1 day or over 4 days.The germinating rate was the highest when the seeds were sown in the mixed substrate consisting of peat,perlite and sand（4∶2∶1）.The application of gibberellic acid（GA3） at the dosage of 30~125 mg/L could significantly accelerate the seed germination,and increase the germinating rate,but 6-BA and NAA had no obvious influence on the seed germination. |
