| 摘 要： | 分析了我国椰子副产物利用的现状和存在问题,主要是椰子果皮、椰子水、椰麸、椰粕、椰子木和椰子枯落裂物的研究和利用现状,指出当前椰子副产物利用方面的主要问题是重视程度不够,资源利用意识低;科研投入不足,产品科技含量低;技术装备落后,生产规模小;政策不健全,服务体系缺乏等问题。并提出了其利用对策,包括:政府引导与支持;加强科研开发力度;技术集成;建立与健全农业资源化利用政策。
